Columbia Omni Studio ships out orders throughout the United States within 1-2 business days of order payment. Orders will be delivered in 1-7 days after shipment depending upon type of shipping method selected and your location. See the map below for exact times. In most cases, we ship from our midtown NYC location. In some cases, we may dropship based on the item selected. 

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 PM EST - 5:00 PM EST. Therefore, any orders placed after 3:00 PM EST during the week will be processed the next business day. If the order is placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST, on the weekend, or on a holiday, orders will be processed the next business day. 

All orders can be tracked via our site. An email will also be sent. For local delivery or store pickup, only email will be sent and delivery will not be tracked as we use our own local delivery team for deliveries.

In Manhattan

Our warehouse is located at 48 W. 37th St. between 5th & 6th in the Fashion District. We offer 1 Hour Pickup, Next Day Delivery, and Rush Delivery.

In NYC (The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island - Except Manhattan)

For outside of Manhattan, we continue to offer great value including delivery for cases of 40" x 60" and 48" x 96" foamboard.

Outside of New York City (Within the United States)

We offer Ground shipping for all products that are not overweight or oversized. Due to their unique dimension and weight, Foamboards can be costly to ship throughout the country. See the grid below for pricing.

Overweight products includes Cases of Foamboard sizes 15" x 20", 20" x 30", 30" x 40", & 32" x 40". As a reminder, we cannot send individual single sheets of foamboard outside of NYC due to shipping costs.

Overweight & Oversized products includes Cases of Foamboard sizes 40" x 60", 48" x 96". As a reminder, we cannot send individual single sheets of foamboard outside of NYC due to shipping costs.

FedEx Ground Shipping Times From NYC

Shipping Method Details

Ground (FedEx) - Ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1-5 business days; ships to Alaska and Hawaii in 3-7. Up to 150 lbs.; up to 108" in length, 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H).

2nd Day (FedEx) - Up to 150 lbs. each; up to 119" in length, 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H). By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences). Order must be placed by 3:00 PM EST to process the same day. 

Next Day (FedEx) - Up to 150 lbs. each; up to 119" in length, 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H). Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residences. Order must be placed by 3:00 PM EST to process the same day. 

Rush Delivery (Manhattan Only) - For our Manhattan customers, from 96th St to the southern tip of Manhattan, we offer Rush Delivery. If orders are placed by 12:00 PM EST, we will delivery by 5:00 PM EST the same day. If orders placed by 5:00 PM EST, we will deliver by 11:00 AM EST the next business day. 

Next Day Delivery (NYC Only) - For our NYC customers, we offer a Next Day Delivery. If orders are placed before 5:00 PM EST, we will deliver by 5:00 PM EST the next business day. 

Free Store Pickup - For our NYC customers, we offer FREE Store Pickup within 1-hour of order receipt. Our retail store is located at 48 W. 37th St. (between 5th & 6th) in midtown Manhattan. Order must be placed by 4:30 PM EST since our retail location closes at 6:00 PM EST. 

Overweight & Oversized Items - Overweight Foamboard is generally sent via FedEx. This includes 15" x 20", 20" x 30", and 30" x 40" Foamboards. We can only send these by the case (since shipping is too costly for a single board). We also have Oversized (40" x 60" and 48" x 96") Foamboards, which will be delivered via a Freight Truck and not by FedEx. An additional shipping charge will be added to your order. Please be advised that oversized deliveries, unless delivered by our team in NYC, are dropped off curb side and generally are not brought into the building.
