OEM Tools庐 has followed one rule since the production of the first hacksaw blade in 1919: "Manufacture a superior quality, dependable tool for a reasonable price." In 1919, Samuel Jacoff, a tool and die maker living in Pittsfield, MA, started a hacksaw blade manufacturing business with the help and support of his wife Sarah. When fire destroyed their building in 1929, they merged with another blade maker, Great Neck Manufacturing. In 1941, they purchased a handsaw company and constructed a new plant in Mineola, NY where they remain today. By 1971, Sam and his four sons built GreatNeck in to a major force in the hand tool business by purchasing Buck Bros., a Massachusetts chisel company, and Mayes Brothers, a level company from Tennessee. They also added a plastic extrusion plant.

If for as long as you own this OEM庐 product you find any defect in material or workmanship, through normal usage, send it to the place of purchase, or to OEM庐 for repair or replacement at its discretion.

OEM庐 will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods during transportation, please insure your package.
OEM庐 does not provide any warranty for products labeled other than OEM庐.
OEM庐 will not provide any warranty for products subjected to abnormal use. Abnormal use includes, but is not limited to, abuse, accident, alteration, neglect, and unauthorized or unreasonable use or repairs. This warranty does not cover bits, blades, files, or calibration. They recommend that you maintain your tools and sharpen or replace blades, bits, and files as necessary.
OEM庐 reserves the right to make any changes in construction or design at any time without any obligation in incorporating such changes to tools or equipment previously sold.
OEM庐 brand products are specialty tools built for professional users. These tools are expected to be used in rigorous situations that are susceptible to wear. This warranty does not cover tools that have experienced normal wear due to standard usage.

OEM庐 Power tools are subject to a one-year warranty only, batteries are subject to a 90-day warranty only.
