Telma H Tablet 30

Telma H Tablet is used in the following conditions:

• Hypertension
• Prevention of heart attack and stroke

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Telma H Tablet is taken orally. 

Telma H Tablet contains the following components:

• Telmisartan (40 mg): It is an active angiotensin II antagonist which relaxes blood vessels. It does so by blocking the action of a substance that narrows blood vessels, allowing them to dilate and reduce blood pressure.
• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): It is a diuretic that promotes the elimination of excess water and salt from the body through urine. It aids in lowering blood pressure by reducing the overall fluid volume.
• The combination of telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide in the Telma H Tablet works synergistically to control hypertension. Telmisartan acts on blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide helps remove excess fluid, contributing to an overall antihypertensive effect.

The storage instructions for the Telma H Tablet are as follows:

• Telma H Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.
